Call Center Officer

Job Description:

SAP Ireland is seeking a part-time Call Center Officer to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. We are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Update customer information in the company database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
