Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Kerry Group is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Officer to join our team and work from home. This is a part-time entry-level position based in Limerick, Munster, IE. The ideal candidate will have 0 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues. 3. Update customer information in the database accurately and efficiently. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. 5. Meet call volume and quality assurance targets set by the company. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills. 4. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required.
