Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Beatvyne is seeking a talented and motivated Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through phone calls, emails, and live chat. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and resourceful - Emotional intelligence and critical thinking - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
