Remote Call Center Representative

Tandem HR Solutions is seeking a part-time Remote Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team in Cork, Ireland. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are resourceful and energetic, with strong negotiation and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients - Identify and address customer needs and concerns effectively - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Update and maintain customer information in the database - Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals - Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience - Maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changing situations quickly

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace for remote work - Access to reliable internet connection and a computer - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
