Call Center Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team at 9th Impact in Cork, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of company products and services. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Record and document all customer interactions and transactions accurately. 7. Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 3. Resourceful and able to think on your feet to resolve customer issues. 4. Experience in research and problem-solving. 5. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
