Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Phorest is seeking a dedicated Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Galway, Connacht, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for individuals who are resourceful, driven, adaptable, and have strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests regarding products and services - Document all customer interactions accurately in the system - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Meet and exceed performance goals set by the company - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements: - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace for remote work
