Call Center Representative

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team at Airbnb Ireland UC in Dublin, Ireland. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Airbnb guests and hosts over the phone. This is a part-time position ideal for entry-level candidates looking to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from guests and hosts regarding reservations, inquiries, and customer service issues. - Provide accurate and timely information to guests and hosts, ensuring a positive experience with Airbnb. - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. - Assist with booking and cancellations, as well as handling payment processing. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Airbnb policies and procedures.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Resilient and dedicated, with a positive attitude towards problem-solving. - Creativity and critical thinking skills to address complex customer issues. - Must be flexible and adaptable to change. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate computer systems.
