Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Call Center Representative to join our team at Ryanair. This is a work from home position based in Galway, Connacht, IE. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service over the phone.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Provide information about flight schedules, fares, and promotions. 3. Assist customers with booking, cancellations, and changes to their reservations. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues expediently and efficiently. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Follow communication scripts and guidelines when handling different scenarios. 7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 8. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Strategic planning and innovation skills. 7. Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting. 8. Must be dedicated and confident in handling customer inquiries.
