Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Apple Ireland is currently seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to work from home in Dublin, Dublin, IE. As an Associate Level Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Apple customers through phone calls, emails, and online chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming customer inquiries promptly and accurately 2. Resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a professional and efficient manner 3. Educate customers on Apple products and services 4. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system 5. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets 6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience 7. Stay up-to-date on Apple products and services

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Reliable and resourceful with the ability to work independently 3. Strong leadership and presentation skills 4. Excellent communication skills 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite 6. High school diploma or equivalent
