Job Description:
Beatvyne is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center operations.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and general support - Provide excellent customer service by actively listening, addressing customer needs, and resolving complaints in a timely manner - Use creativity and negotiation skills to find appropriate solutions to customer concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Meet and exceed key performance indicators, including call quality and customer satisfaction metrics
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications - Must have a dedicated home office setup with reliable high-speed internet connection
