Job Description - Call Center Specialist

We are currently seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team at LinkedIn Ireland in Cork, IE. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with no prior experience looking to kickstart their career in customer service and communication.


Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and requests - Providing high-quality customer service by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the database - Collaborating with team members to address complex customer issues and escalate as needed - Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism at all times


Requirements: - Must be adaptable to a fast-paced work environment and able to work independently - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent required
