Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

NewsWhip is seeking a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information regarding products and services - Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution - Maintain customer records and update contact information as needed - Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Utilize CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions - Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement

Requirements: - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Excellent presentation and persuasion skills - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
