Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Medtronic Ireland is seeking a confident and hardworking Call Center Specialist to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. This is a part-time, entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution - Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner - Documenting all interactions with customers accurately and efficiently - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Maintaining a high level of emotional intelligence and professionalism in all interactions - Demonstrating innovative problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively

Requirements: - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Basic computer skills and proficiency in using call center software - Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
