Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Nova Leah is seeking a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls for our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries and concerns. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues. 3. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the company's database. 5. Collaborating with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. 7. Meeting and exceeding performance goals and targets set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Dedicated and adaptable individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Possess emotional intelligence and good decision-making skills. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
