Job Description:
Intercom is seeking a motivated and energetic Call Center Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues and provide updates - Resolving customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction - Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information in the database - Collaborating with colleagues worldwide to share best practices and support one another - Demonstrating leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication skills and a clear speaking voice - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively - Motivated and energetic personality with a can-do attitude - Demonstrated leadership and cooperation skills - Access to a quiet and distraction-free workspace at home - High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer
