Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description: LogoGrab is seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Galway, Connacht, Ireland. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires at least 4 years of experience in customer service or chat support.

Responsibilities: - Provide efficient and effective chat support to customers, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience - Utilize problem-solving and decision-making skills to address complex customer challenges - Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while interacting with customers - Document and track customer interactions to provide feedback for continuous improvement - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively support customers - Work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve customer issues as needed

Requirements: - Confident and passionate attitude towards customer service - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Proficiency in using chat support software and tools - Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment - Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
