Zutec is currently seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. This position is part-time and entry level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with project management tasks as needed - Foster teamwork and open communication within the support team - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals
Requirements: - Confident and motivated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong project management skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Prior experience in customer support or a similar role preferred
