Job Description:
As a Remote Chat Support Assistant at Cooper Industries, you will be responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and general support through chat communication. This position requires a high level of energy and adaptability to handle a fast-paced work environment. In addition, critical thinking and research skills are essential for resolving customer concerns effectively.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and technical specifications. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency. 4. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for further assistance. 5. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. 4. Proficient in using chat support software and CRM systems. 5. Energetic and adaptable personality traits. 6. Critical thinking and research skills. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
