Job Description - Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Zendesk International Ltd in Cork, IE. As a part-time Entry Level role, this position will require 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Document interactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer support experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures in all customer interactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries effectively - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in using chat and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent - Availability to work part-time hours


Personality Traits: - Passionate about providing top-notch customer support - Dedicated to resolving customer issues and exceeding expectations


Soft Skills: - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers - Ability to make quick and effective decisions to address customer needs
