Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

SoapBox Labs is seeking a part-time Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As an Associate level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, passionate, adaptable, and have strong planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through chat messaging - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issues - Provide feedback to improve chat support processes and systems - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and updates to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with other customer support tasks as needed

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation - Proficiency in chat messaging platforms and basic technical troubleshooting - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
