Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Engager, a leading customer engagement platform, is seeking a part-time Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Cork, Cork, Ireland. As an Associate Level Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through our chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively via chat - Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general support - Escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team members - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Proactively identifying trends or patterns in customer issues and providing feedback to the team

Requirements: - 4 years of relevant experience in customer support or a related field - Resourceful and motivated mindset - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with customer support software and chat platforms - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
