Chat Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

WebDoctor is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer support or related role. The successful candidate will be confident in their abilities and dedicated to providing top-notch support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to clients in a timely and professional manner - Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate and helpful responses - Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously - Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support - Escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback - Contribute to the improvement of support processes and procedures

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer support role - Confident and dedicated personality - Strong analytical skills - Ability to effectively manage people and provide excellent customer service - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using chat support software and other communication tools
