Chat Support Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a resourceful and passionate Chat Support Associate to join our team at CRH plc in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, but 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role is preferred. The main responsibilities of the Chat Support Associate will be to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through chat support, assist customers with product information and problem-solving, and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through chat support in a timely and accurate manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and problem-solving - Escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and provide feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role preferred - Resourceful and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong planning and adaptability skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously - Proficient in using chat support software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent qualification
