Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

HubSpot Dublin is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Chat Support Associate to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar customer support or chat support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers in a timely and professional manner - Address customer inquiries, issues, and escalations with a high level of accuracy - Research and troubleshoot customer problems to find appropriate solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues - Maintain customer records and documentation in an organized manner - Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics

Requirements: - Confident and adaptable personality traits to effectively communicate with customers - Strong research and communication soft skills to provide excellent customer service - Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment - Understanding of CRM systems and chat support platforms is a plus - Fluency in English is required, additional language skills are a bonus
