Job Description:
Medtronic Ireland is seeking a part-time Chat Support Associate to join our team in Dublin. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and a strong background in chat support.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through chat support, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Utilize resources effectively to provide accurate and timely information to customers - Collaborate with team members to research and troubleshoot customer concerns - Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all customer interactions - Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction - Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 4+ years of experience in customer service or chat support - Resourceful and driven with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment - Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software - Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
