Chat Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Ireland is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. The ideal candidate for this role is an individual who is driven, independent, and possesses strong leadership and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through chat support to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance. 2. Utilize effective communication skills to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner. 3. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 4. Proficient in using chat support software and CRM systems. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 7. Driven and highly motivated individual. 8. Possess leadership qualities and critical thinking skills.
