Chat Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Medtronic Ireland is seeking a motivated and resilient Chat Support Associate to join our team. This is a part-time work from home position based in Waterford, Munster, IE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support, assisting customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and general support.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting technical problems and providing solutions to customers - Documenting customer interactions and resolutions in the system - Collaborating with other support team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service - Maintaining a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and time management abilities - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
