Job Description:
Manna Aero is seeking a motivated and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team in Dublin, IE. As a mid-to-senior level position, the successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role. The Chat Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of chat support agents, ensuring excellent customer service through timely and effective communication.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Monitor chat support interactions to ensure quality and consistency. 3. Develop and implement chat support best practices and strategies for continuous improvement. 4. Analyze chat support performance metrics and create reports for management. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay informed about industry trends and technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions. 7. Handle escalated customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner. 8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience as a Chat Support Manager or similar role. 3. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 4. Ability to work independently and demonstrate reliability in meeting deadlines. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation. 6. Experience with chat support platforms and CRM systems. 7. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. 8. Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed. 9. Ability to uphold high standards and strive for excellence in all endeavors.
