Remote Chat Support Manager

Job Description:

3D4Medical is seeking a part-time Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote chat support agents, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high-quality customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide feedback for product improvements. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management. 7. Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience.
