Job Description:
Property Button is seeking a part-time Chat Support Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our chat support team, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate assistance. This role is perfect for someone who is independent, passionate about customer service, and thrives in a creative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and provide feedback to team members - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Analyze chat support data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Creativity and problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with chat support software and tools preferred
