Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


Energy Elephant is seeking a part-time Chat Support Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Chat Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing our chat support operations, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of independence and drive.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, providing guidance and leadership to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement chat support strategies to enhance customer experience and drive efficiency - Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and escalate when necessary - Train and onboard new chat support agents to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology to continuously improve chat support operations


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a chat support management role - Independent and driven personality with strong leadership skills - Strong soft skills, including critical thinking and time management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of managing a successful chat support team - Proficiency in chat support tools and technology - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
