Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a Chat Support Manager to work remotely from home for the Hilton company located in Cork, Cork, IE. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support agents and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional customer service through our online chat platform.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Monitor chat support interactions to ensure quality and consistency in customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the chat support team - Analyze chat support data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless experience - Ensure that all chat support agents adhere to company policies and procedures - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy - Create reports and presentations on chat support performance for management review


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory position - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Hardworking and resilient attitude, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service - Excellent planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail - Proficiency in chat support software and systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
