SurveyMonkey Europe is seeking a dedicated and motivated Chat Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis and work from home. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field, the Chat Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing our chat support team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, coaching, and training as needed. 2. Develop and implement best practices for chat support operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and accuracy, and provide feedback to agents. 4. Analyze chat support metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service, product, and engineering, to address customer issues and improve processes. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support and customer service.
Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 4. Experience with chat support platforms and tools. 5. Proven leadership and team management skills. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely. 7. Presentation skills to effectively communicate with both internal teams and customers.
