Are you a resourceful and independent individual with excellent presentation and analysis skills? Do you have a passion for providing exceptional customer support? If so, we are looking for a Chat Support Officer to join our team at Dropbox Dublin. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home in Limerick, Munster, IE.

As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and issues through chat support. You will need to have a strong understanding of our product and be able to troubleshoot technical problems efficiently. Additionally, you will be required to provide timely and accurate information to customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat support - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service - Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Provide feedback to improve customer support processes

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role - Resourceful and independent personality traits - Excellent presentation and analysis skills - Strong communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in computer applications and software
