Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Chat Support Representative to join Cooper Industries, a leading company in Limerick, Munster, IE. In this part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through chat communication - Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions to customers - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure positive interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions accurately

Requirements: - Independent and motivated individual who is able to work remotely - Strong emotional intelligence and decision-making skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
