Responsibilities: - Provide prompt and professional chat support to customers regarding our software products and services - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure the best possible customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
