Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Chat Support Representative to join our team at Pointy in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues through our chat platform in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information and solutions to customers to ensure a positive experience. 3. Communicate effectively with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer concerns. 4. Utilize resources efficiently to provide top-notch support to customers. 5. Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and hardworking personality traits. 2. Strong time management skills. 3. Innovative thinking to improve processes and customer experience. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in basic computer skills and chat platforms.
