Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Intel Ireland is seeking a part-time Chat Support Representative to join our team in Galway, Connacht. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing efficient and professional chat support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. 2. Demonstrating excellent communication skills to effectively assist customers with their technical questions or concerns. 3. Utilizing critical thinking skills to troubleshoot problems and find solutions for customers. 4. Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 5. Documenting all interactions with customers accurately and thoroughly in the company's database. 6. Collaborating with other departments to escalate complex issues and provide seamless customer support.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Hardworking personality with a positive attitude. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 4. Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Experience using chat support software and Microsoft Office applications. 7. Energetic personality with a passion for customer service. 8. Critical thinking skills to analyze problems and find solutions quickly. 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
