Chat Support Representative

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Chat Support Representative to join our team at LetsGetChecked in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company. Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all platforms - Monitor and respond to customer feedback, escalations, and complaints - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist in improving and developing customer support processes and procedures

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and project management skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience necessary, training will be provided
