Chat Support Specialist

Job Description: Accenture Ireland is seeking a part-time Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Galway, Connacht. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions via live chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary - Provide product recommendations and assist with online sales processes - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better support customers

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously - Hardworking and motivated with a positive attitude - Experience with negotiation and persuasion techniques - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
