Remote Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Apple Ireland is seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support. As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to Apple customers via chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a professional and timely manner - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience

Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service or technical support - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Hardworking and resourceful personality traits - Creative thinking skills to provide innovative solutions - Proficiency in using chat support software and other technical tools
