Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Dropbox Dublin in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a part-time Entry Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional chat support to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and accurate manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with other support team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Continuously improve customer satisfaction and retention rates through effective communication and problem-solving - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Ability to make quick and effective decisions in a fast-paced environment - Strong leadership skills to guide team members and resolve complex issues - No prior experience required, training will be provided
