Chat Support Specialist

Job Description: WarDucks, a leading virtual reality game development company based in Galway, Connacht, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality customer support via chat for our virtual reality games - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues, navigating the game, and answering inquiries - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers - Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues - Identify and report recurring issues to improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on game updates, new features, and changes to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times

Requirements: - Strong people management skills with the ability to diffuse escalated situations - Innovative problem-solving skills to address unique customer issues - Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail - Technical proficiency to navigate game platforms and troubleshooting tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Passion for virtual reality gaming and a desire to provide exceptional customer support
