Remote Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Ireland is seeking a motivated and independent Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer support or similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support through chat channels, addressing inquiries, issues, and providing product information. 2. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot customer concerns and provide timely and effective solutions. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent support in a professional manner. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics related to customer support.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems. 4. Time management skills to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. 6. Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer issues effectively.
