Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Relations Assistant to join our team at 3D4Medical in Limerick, Munster, IE. This is a part-time position at Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels (phone, email, in-person) - Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships - Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support client needs and objectives - Assist in the organization of client events and meetings - Keep track of client communications and update client databases - Contribute to the overall success of the client relations team by supporting team members and taking on additional tasks as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems - Previous experience in client relations or customer service a plus - Must be detail-oriented and organized
