Client Relations Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

3D4Medical is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Waterford, Munster. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work from home. As a Client Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our client relations team in maintaining positive relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat - Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining accurate client records - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Assist in organizing and executing client events and promotions - Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and business opportunities - Assist in creating reports and presentations for client meetings - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients and team members

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strategic planning skills to assist in developing client relations strategies - Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
