Client Relations Associate

Job description:

Groupon International Limited is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Monitor client accounts to ensure they are satisfied with our services and address any issues that may arise - Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and feedback - Assist in the development of client retention strategies to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent negotiation and leadership skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently
