Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Client Relations Associate to join our team at NewsWhip in Dublin, Ireland. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded at every touchpoint. This role is part-time and at an Associate Level, requiring at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and evolving needs - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that align with client objectives - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues to ensure high retention rates - Provide regular reports and updates to clients on campaign performance, industry trends, and product enhancements - Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients - Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide training and support as needed

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or a related field - Independent and resilient mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think creatively to solve challenges - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
