Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

LinkedIn Ireland is currently seeking a dedicated and driven Client Relations Associate to join our team in Dublin. This part-time, entry-level position will involve working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service - Assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and provide solutions - Monitor client satisfaction and address any potential issues proactively - Analyze client data and provide insights to help improve their experience - Assist with client onboarding and training as needed

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Must be based in Dublin
