Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Kinesis Health Technologies, a cutting-edge company based in Waterford, Munster, IE, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Relations Associate to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in client relations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening our relationships with clients.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations - Conduct research to understand client needs and preferences, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams - Demonstrate emotional intelligence in challenging situations, resolving conflicts and fostering positive interactions with clients - Assist in creating and maintaining client databases, keeping accurate records of interactions and transactions - Participate in client meetings and presentations, showcasing our products and services to new and existing clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Dedication to providing outstanding customer service - Motivated to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
